Freeman files a motion to dismiss.

Well, dear readers, Sid has done it again. He's filed a lawsuit that has elicited a 12(b) motion. That means the defendant does not think that, if the court takes everything Sid has claimed as true, he still has not plead a viable cause of action. The state is right. 1. Well, Sid has filed his response to Freeman's motion to dismiss. You can view it at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7z91VniTzKQelMyZ1FHc2J5Sjg/view?usp=sharing

As usual, Sid has minimal citation to authority, one statute and one case. The statutory citation ignores the constitutional provision dealing with District Attorneys and of course he ignores the case law that has been shared with him. I guess he's just too old to learn.
